“La Gustoteca” is an imaginative neologism that comes from the union of the word “gusto” (from the Latin “gustus”), which indicates sensations felt when tasting good things, and the word “teca” (from the Latin “theca”), which means deposit, collection.
We therefore intend to offer the possibility of exploring a world of unique experiences that unfold in a delicate and exclusive atmosphere, experiencing a journey through the flavours, traditions and history of typical Italian food and wine.
