Grapes from the vineyard overlooking the lake of Santa Massenza in Sottovi in the municipality of
Padergnone. It is grown in organic agriculture certified by ICEA and the treatments, being placed in
a very exposed hilly area, are reduced to a minimum, with the sole use of natural substances. From the
2006 biodynamic preparations are used and green manure sowing is carried out.
The grapes selected for this wine come from a small Trentino pergola plot
at an altitude of 600m/asl, at the foot of the Lagorai mountain range. After almost
a hundred years of waiting, the viticulture of Levico flourishes again.

This wine is obtained from traditional grape varieties of the Fersina Valley: Negrara, Sciava, Pavana, Turca, and Tintoria. It has a ruby red color, vinous aroma with notes of fresh fruit.
The grapes come from the Ventrat vineyard composed of vines over twenty-five years old. The must ferments in contact with the skins for about 15-18 days, and the wine matures in oak barrels (30% new) for about a year. The result is a wine with an intense aroma of black cherries and small fruits, harmonious taste, slightly tannic, spicy, and with a bitter aftertaste.
