Our clear (Blonde ale) 5% vol. - Bright yellow colour, creamy foam, Fuji apple nose, very fresh on the palate, with the right carbonation and medium length.
Our Strong ale 8.5% vol. - Deep red, powerful, slightly tannic and with good acidity, an amazing finish due to the bitter note.
Our red ale (Red ale) 6.3% vol. - Slightly cloudy ocher colour, rich foam of medium persistence, a red ale with a bready nose, withered yellow fruits, sumptuous, harmonious and long-drinking in the mouth.
Our India Pale Ale (IPA) 6.3% vol. - Herbaceous and freshness dominate. Great drinkability, appetizers and aperitifs are an excellent opportunity to enjoy it.
Warning hop is an "American Pale Ale", a style born on the American West coast. Double malt beer, very bitter with a medium alcohol content (7%). Very intense and resinous aroma, ample foam, large bubbles and great persistence in the glass, amber-brown color with orange nuances. Caramel is present in the mouth, very balanced. The bitterness of the hops is felt in the finish but not excessively dry which, thanks to the cheerful carbonation, helps to lighten the resinous bitterness.
