Our Langhe Doc Nebbiolo is a fresh, young and fragrant wine. The grapes are carefully selected and come from the prestigious hills of the Langhe, hence its name. While the origin of the name Nebbiolo refers to the typical Piedmontese fog, as the harvest of this grape often takes place during the first autumn fogs. After vinification and a short refinement in cement tanks, the wine is bottled and then further refined in the bottle. Dezzani strongly wanted to add a young and excellent Nebbiolo to the "I classici" selection, which confirms the quality of this fresh and fruity grape.

‘Via del Campo’ Quintodecimo Falanghina is a Campania label capable of condensing the fruity and mineral character of the grape variety, giving rise to an expression of immeasurable pleasantness. Quintodecimo represents the production reality of Luigi Moio, a world-famous oenologist and full professor of Oenology at the Federico II University of Naples, who after years of research and studies between Italy and France started his own winemaking project in the green Irpinia together with his wife Laura, focusing exclusively on native varieties such as Falanghina.
Quintodecimo ‘Via del Campo’ Falanghina is made with only grapes of the homonymous grape variety grown in the Via del Campo vineyard, in the Piana dei Greci area, in Mirabella Eclano. Here the vines, planted in 2004, benefit from the altitude of 360 meters above sea level and the clay-limestone soil. Once the grapes have reached full aromatic ripeness, the manual harvest is carried out followed by a long pressing of the whole bunches. After a brief clarification by natural sedimentation, 70% of the mass is vinified in stainless steel tanks while the remaining 30% ferments in new oak barrels. The subsequent maturation phase on the fine lees takes place in the same type of wine containers and lasts for 8 months before final assembly and bottling.
Quintodecimo's Falanghina 'Via del Campo' is a bright straw yellow tending towards gold. The olfactory range ranges between perceptions of medlar, apple, pineapple, lychee, wild flowers and aromatic herbs, pursued by deeper notes of hazelnut and refined salty mineral tones. Elegant and well-structured on the palate, where the warm softness coexists in balance with the bright freshness and the marked savoury tone. Pleasant long slightly woody finish.

Ingrid Groiss’s winery is the prototype of traditional Austrian winemakers with a strong connection to their land. The family winery has a history that goes back 200 years. From a young age, Ingrid dreamed of following in the footsteps of her parents, both winemakers in their native region. After a period in Berlin and later in Vienna, where Ingrid studied oenology at the University of Applied Sciences, she returned home with the goal of becoming a full-fledged producer of quality wines. The first vineyard she inherited was her grandmother’s, and after a successful harvest, Ingrid also took over her parents’ vineyards and winery. Today, the company is run as a small family business, with Ingrid at the helm, her father helping with the mechanical work and driving the tractor, and her mother assisting in the vineyards. The family tends 20 hectares of organic vineyards, focusing on producing wines that naturally express Austria's soil, terroir, climate and indigenous grape varieties.
The Groiss family grows grapes in Austria's largest wine-growing region, Lower Austria (Niederösterreich), and more specifically in the northern subzone of Weinviertel. This area is known for its diverse terroirs and proximity to the Danube River, which produce excellent white wines from indigenous varieties, including Grüner Veltliner, Riesling and Gemischter Satz (a traditional blend of several grapes, all grown in the same vineyard).
The warm, sunny days of summer and autumn, combined with cool nights, preserve the wines' freshness, liveliness and acidity, while creating body, opulence and concentration. Commonly referred to as “loess land,” the Weinviertel is characterized by fertile soils of gravel, sand, and clay that cover older layers of rock, retaining water and nutrients.
Ingrid Groiss works with two geologically distinct vineyard areas in the Weinviertel: Breitenwaida and Fahndorf/Ziersdorf. Breitenwaida, with its mineral-rich soils of marl, limestone, chalk, and radiolarite, is perfectly suited to Grüner Veltliner, while the poor soils of gravel, sandstone, and flint in Fahndorf/Ziersdorf are ideal for Riesling.
Ingrid Groiss believes in creating wines with distinct personalities and unique expressions of terroir. When Ingrid took over her parents’ vineyards, she decided to narrow their portfolio and produce only wines that were a distinctive result of their terroir, grape variety, and vintage. Today the family offers four Grüner Veltliners, two Rieslings, a Gemischter Satz and a rosé wine made from Pinot Noir and Zweigelt.

Once bottled, before disgorging, it rests 36 months on its yeasts. After a straw-yellow color, bright, it has an intense nose, of white fruit, notes of citrus followed by hints of yeasts, dry pastries. In the mouth it is fresh, savory, medium structured, with a delicate fruity return in the aftertaste, good persistence.
