On 4 July 2019, in the characteristic historic center of Capestrano, the "Degusteria Ottaviani" was born where it is possible to take a sensorial journey through the tasting of local cured meats and cheeses, as well as other local specialities.
The quality expressed in the organoleptic values of each individual product is highlighted above all in the Montepulciano salami, truffle salami and blue cheese whose maturation takes place in real caves, furthermore it is possible to taste vegetarian dishes and pickles from the company itself.
In Degusteria you can also taste the Puglia focaccia "Puccia", the owners' land of origin, stuffed with poor and seasonal ingredients typically from Abruzzo, the characteristic ingredient is the sheep hamburger accompanied by native wines and local craft beers; a mix of flavors that will delight the palate of diners.
