Since 1947, the Züri Bar, in the heart of Zurich's historic center, has been a meeting place for young people, musicians, philisophists, journalists and local residents. It is the oldest bar in Zurich still in business and since 2018 has an Italian spirit.

The porchetta of Grumo Appula is a typical product of Puglia, Grumo Appula is a town near Bari that boasts a centenary-year tradition in the processing of pork for the production of Porchetta. For the artisanal production of the Porchetta, pigs weighing up to 100Kg are selected, boned and cleaned properly, the meat is seasoned with rosemary, pepper, salt and garlic to give it its characteristic aroma. The scamorza is a traditional cheese from Puglia, it is named after its shape which reminds to a 'cut-off head'. The scamorza shows a brown colour on the outside, due to the smoking, and a delicate, pleasant and soft texture. The scamorza can be consumed after few months thanks to its stretching which lasts longer during the production and it makes the cheese firmer and therefore more resistant.
Burrata is a traditional fresh cheese from Puglia. It is rindless and it is characterized by a soft stretched texture with the addition of double cream. Its peculiarity are the stretched cheese fibres in the texture.
Buffalo mozzarella DOP is one of the most famous and world-renowned products from the Campania region. Buffalo mozzarella is a fresh product with an intense and very recognisable flavour.
Mozzarella di Buffalo mozzarella DOP is produced from buffalo milk processed immediately after milking by expert cheesemakers. The buffalo farms are selected and located on average in the vicinity of the dairy.
