At sight it presents a garnet red color. The aromas offered to the nose recall fruit jam, alternating with medicinal herbs, pepper, tobacco and cocoa. The harvested grapes are fermented with traditional maceration of the skins, and with subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine must is always mixed to ensure excellent contact with the skins and the right oxygenation.
The color is ruby red with reflections of ripe cherry and the aroma offers delicate, intense and fruity scents, in particular of violet and morello cherry.

Baldamì is the ancient dialect name given to Marzemino, a vine grown for centuries on the terraces of Valle Camonica, which together with Merlot gives life to this wine. Refined with a short aging and then bottled, it renews the Camunian traditions, rediscovering and, at the same time, enhancing the typicality of the territory from which it comes to life. it is a Tuscan red wine obtained from 100% Sangiovese grapes which presents a clear and intense ruby red colour. Teroldego Rotaliano "Marco Donati" is produced with 100% Teroldego grapes, grown in the vineyards of Maso Donati in Campo Rotaliano. Teroldego is an indigenous Trentino grape variety, which best expresses its potential in the Piana Rotaliana and is considered the prince of Trentino wines. Colour: intense and brilliant ruby red. Nose: full and pleasantly fruity bouquet, with violets and raspberries. Taste: dry, savory, bitterish flavour, with a light almond flavour, good nerve, full texture, lots of character. Sassella by Nino Negri is an intense and structured Valtellina Superiore, the result of "heroic" viticulture which is carried out on the steep terraces in the oldest area of the denomination. The aromas of berries, floral accents, toasted notes and light nuances of aromatic herbs make up a very typical and territorial bouquet. On the palate it offers a complex and pleasantly fresh sip, wrapped in a strong tannic texture. Camunnorum or "wine of the Camuni" contains the precious combination of ancient knowledge, typical of mountain territories, and modern cultivation techniques. Its strong character is due to the Merlot, Marzemino and Cabernet grapes from the best vineyards in Valle Camonica, partially dried and then vinified using the traditional system. Aged for around 15 months in small oak barrels and for at least six months in the bottle, it has an intense ruby red colour. The aroma is fruity, sensations of cherry and berries, nuances of spices and vanilla given by the refinement in oak barrels, make this wine pleasant on the nose, also giving the taste a well-structured body of fine and long-lasting tannins . Excellent with game-based dishes and mature cheeses, it enhances the typical cuisine of Valle Camonica.

Wine obtained from Rebo grapes, not present in the Valcamonica IGT specification but which have proven particularly suitable for cultivation in our territory. The resulting wine has a strong personality due to the vine but with a clear imprint given by the Camunian environment. Deep ruby red in color, very intense aroma of small red fruits and spices with a note of vanilla, full and velvety flavor with notable structure. Ideal with red meat dishes, grilled meats and mature cheeses.

Po' di Poli Grappa Acquavite Aromatica is produced from the pomace of Gewürztraminer grapes, through artisanal distillation, in small batches, with a discontinuous cycle bain-marie still. Followed by aging for at least 12 months in stainless steel containers. With a crystalline and brilliant appearance, the Po' di Poli Aromatic Distillate presents a bouquet of balsamic herb, resin and white pepper to the nose. On the palate it is decisive and consistent, with a beautiful persistence.
Diciotto Lune is born from a blend of different vines and woods such as Cherry, Ash, Oak and Robinia, aged for 18 months. Riserva Botte Rum undergoes a second aging in barrels mainly coming from Martinique and Jamaica (Caribbean), previously used for the refinement of rum. The further refinement highlights a clearer Grappa-Wood contrast and a sweet spicy scent coming from the Rum barrel. A combination of unique sensations. Secca Poli: It is harmonious and has a beautiful structure. It gives the nose hints reminiscent of freshly mown grass and has nuances of red flowers, such as geranium, rose and violet. It is round and has no sharp edges, despite being very warm and enveloping in the mouth.
Dry POLI: Colorless, transparent and crystalline to the eye. On the nose it appears to be rich in fragrant scents reminiscent of dried flowers, hay, broom and juniper. Upon tasting it is characterized by a soft, fine and velvety taste.
POLY: Intense golden yellow and bright to the eye. It has olfactory hints reminiscent of exotic fruit, cedar, liquorice and vanilla. Upon tasting it proves to be complex, enveloping and articulated. Excellent persistence.
POLI single grape variety: With a clear and crystalline colour, it is characterized by a broad, tasty and exceptionally soft flavour. During tasting, the citrus aromas and hints of orange blossom are enhanced. The finish is harmonious and powerful at the same time.
