The Riesling Renano Superiore Vigna Martina Oltrepò Pavese DOC by Isimbarda is a wine that enchants from the first sip. Rocca Grimalda Morellino di Scansano is a red wine obtained from Sangiovese grapes (85%) and other complementary vines (15%). In the Scansano area, in particular, the Sangiovese grape is called “Morella” and seems to be a clone of the classic Sangiovese with smaller berries and thinner skin.
After harvesting and fermentation, this wine undergoes an aging of at least two years, one of which at least in wooden barrels.
On the nose it has an intense, fine, fresh and fruity aroma with hints of red fruits, morello cherry, plum, accompanied by woody notes. The taste is dry, soft and slightly tannic.
Obtained from Pecorino grapes, it is straw yellow, bright.

Indlovu is the gin par excellence for those who are not afraid of anything and love challenges and particular tastes. It is a gin produced in Africa designed around elephants: “Indlovu” is an African word that means “elephant”.
The peculiarity of this gin is that it is obtained from elephant dung that is washed and dried. The extracted botanicals (such as acacia, bucco, heather) are then infused into the gin, thus providing an earthy, smooth and authentic taste that is not found in any other gin.
This gin has a real provenance, similar to wines. The dung is collected in different places and at different times of the year. This influences some of the botanicals found in the gin. For this reason, on the back of each bottle there are two numbers: the first is the coordinates of the game reserve where it was collected, and the second is the date it was collected.
On the nose it offers herbaceous, citrus and earthy notes. On the palate it is soft and earthy, with notes of juniper, citrus and spices. It concludes in an elegant and balanced finish.

The botanicals are first infused in high-quality grain alcohol, and then distilled in the historic stills from 1947, built by Antonio Padovan. Kapriol Gin Lemon & Bergamot, presents itself with very fresh notes of lemon that pleasantly strike the senses, followed by more aromatic notes of bergamot, the taste in the finish remains pleasantly characterised by lemon.
It is a gin obtained with different botanicals, including the "queen of the night" (a cactus flower that only opens in the dark), distilled cactus juice and lime. The result is a fresh gin to be discovered!
On the nose it offers fresh and fruity scents, extremely pleasant. The sip continues on the path traced by the nose, revealing itself fragrant and persistent.

Mombasa Strawberry represents a new style of fruity gin, which maintains the personality of a classic London Dry, infused with quality strawberries and red berries.
It has a bright pink color given by the red fruits that also appear on the nose and in the mouth. On the palate it is initially sweet, fresh and fruity with a rich and soft flavor, slightly acidic.

The raw materials are expertly distilled in a bain-marie with a discontinuous steam method, where the Head and the tail are eliminated, so as to isolate the heart rich in those aromas that well identify the botanicals used.
After the distillation phase, the gin is left to rest in the steel silo, after which it is brought to the desired strength with pure spring water.
Refrigerated at -8° C for at least 36 hours in order to eliminate all the essential oils of the distillation and give a clean character to the distillate.
It is then filtered 5 times and then bottled.
