A light amber beer with a low fermentation and a bouquet of our pompìa citrus fruit.

An icon of the Weiss style, Franziskaner is a wheat beer with a blond color and a rich white foam. The aromas on the nose and palate are characterized by notes of malt, yeast, wheat and peppery nuances well balanced with the typical fruity notes (ripe banana and citrus). Pleasant to drink.
Made with pure barley malt, Ichnusa non-filtered is a beer with a golden color and the typical haze given by the yeasts left in suspension. Rich and soft to drink, the finish is pleasantly bitter.
