A wine capable of evoking and giving new life to the most ancient smells and flavors of the East and Sicily, where the Syrah vine has found the warm and ventilated climate that allows all its characteristics to emerge at levels of excellence.
The harvest is done manually, in boxes, the Syrah in the last week of August, the Nero d'Avola in the second of September. The pressed grapes remain to macerate on the skins for 15-20 days at a controlled temperature. The wine begins its refinement in French oak barriques, in which it spends 12-14 months, and then moves into the bottle where it continues to refine in glass for at least 12 months.
The result is a wine with an intense ruby red color with violet reflections, which is revealed on the broad nose, with aromas of red fruits, hints of sweet spices and cocoa; the same scents appear on the palate, which is dense, warm, with a notable and elegant richness of tannins and a minty finish

It is a very pure wine, with a unique and distinctive consistency, the result of artisanal and sincere winemaking; worked exclusively in steel so as to enhance the typical traits of the fruit and territory, it is left to age for nine months in tanks and for the following three months it is refined in the bottle. A sip of nature that speaks the language of such a precious land, a red capable of fully expressing the characteristics of the native vine.
Deep and intense ruby red in the glass, with purple nuances to the eye. On the nose stand out hints of dog rose and cherry, blackberry, cassis and cocoa, on a clear background of Mediterranean scrub. The mouth is full and consistent, velvety in tannic texture, soft and of excellent length.
The result of a skilful blend of the best Nero d'Avola grapes from the Giambascio and Bosco Falconeria estates, the Black Label has become the flagship of the Tola family over the years.
The harvest takes place with manual harvesting in boxes during the second ten days of September, after which the grapes arrive in the cellar, where they ferment in steel tanks for four weeks at a controlled temperature of 28°C. This is followed by passage into French oak barriques, where it remains to refine for 8-10 months, before bottling and subsequent maturation in glass for another 12 months.
The result is a wine with an intense, dense ruby color and an eclectic character. On the nose it is ethereal, intense, with a range of aromas that ranges from fruity, sweet and ripe hints, to floral notes of violet, and even spices and toasting.

5.95 is not just any number, but indicates the date of birth of Domiziana Tola, daughter of Girolamo, and affectionately called Domì by him. This sparkling wine with a contemporary and modern sip is dedicated to her.
It comes from a blend of Catarratto and Grillo grapes, expertly cared for, selected and harvested in boxes at the right level of ripeness. The bunches are destemmed, the skins cold macerated with the must and then softly pressed. After a period of refinement on the yeasts of approximately 4 months, the base wine is made into sparkling wine in an autoclave according to the long Charmat method, where it remains for another six months before bottling.
At sight it has a pale straw yellow color, crossed by a lively, fine-grained and good persistence perlage. On the nose it exhibits delicate floral notes enriched by hints of exotic fruit and aromatic notes of Mediterranean herbs. Slightly savory, fresh and drinkable in the mouth.
