Testarossa Passerina

Passerina di Pasetti is presented to the eye through a light yellow color and greenish hues. Its olfactory bouquet ranges from floral notes of broom to fruity hints of apple and citrus which make the overall taste fresh and mineral and which give way to a herbaceous and elegant finish.

Pecorino Pasetti

Pecorino di Pasetti is a white wine that has a brilliant straw yellow colour. Aromas of elderberry, strawberry tree and fruitiness of ripe fruit. Soft, warm, persistent taste.

Malandrino Trebbiano

A white from Cataldi Madonna, with a beautiful straw color and a nice sprint determined by a fresh typical and varietal acidity. On the palate it convinces with a good aromatic persistence and a fragrant and relaxed body.

Giulia pecorino by Cataldi Madonna

Intense and bright straw yellow. The nose is clearly dominated by fruity notes with an exotic stamp that recall passion fruit and citrus nuances. The drink is agile, snappy, driven by a marked acidity that continually invites you to take the next sip.

Super Giulia Pecorino

It has a straw yellow color with bright reflections. The aromas are intense and rich, with notes of white flowers, aromas of citrus fruits, yellow fruit, tropical fruit, nuances of medicinal herbs. The sip is decisive, with a center of the mouth with persistent aromas, which flows into a very fresh and mineral finish.

Pecorino Tullum

Pecorino Tullum by Feudo Antico has a pale straw yellow colour. The nose is dominated by aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit accompanied by slight hints of aromatic herbs and flint. The fruity and citrus finish is persistent.

100% Passerina aged on the lees in glass block tanks for 6 months. Pale straw yellow colour. Floral bouquet, fine, intense, delicate aromas of apple and peach. Taste with good structure, full, long persistence, harmonious, it is a wine where good sapidity and delicate freshness are highlighted.

Bakan pecorino cheese from Torri

Sprout with open apex, bristly, yellowish-green. Medium-small leaf, orbicular, whole or three-lobed with closed lyre-shaped petiole sinus with very overlapping edges. Bullous flap, glabrous underside. Medium-small bunch, cylindrical sometimes with a wing, semi-sparse.

Testarossa cerasuolo di pasetti

Cherry pink colour, fruity aromas of currants and wild berries, strawberry and rose. An exuberant wine, with good minerality and excellent structure. It has great finesse and balance.

Malandrino cerasuolo by Cataldi Madonna

Rosé obtained from 100% Montepulciano grapes, with a good structure and a rich and pulpy, fresh and persistent fruity bouquet. A wine with a great gastronomic vocation, which is well suited to accompany a platter of cold cuts, trout and shrimp with tomato dishes.

It is a fresh wine with a deep pink colour. Sensations of almonds and small red fruits emerge on the nose. On the palate there is great balance, finesse and body, which converge towards a finish with a smoky aftertaste. Denomination: Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo D.O.C.

Organic Cerasuolo Tollo

At the organoleptic examination the wine shows a light pink color with light violet reflections. The scent is rich and fruity, hints of cherry and mineral nuances. The taste is medium-bodied, soft, savory and velvety in the finish.

Intense color of a beautiful ruby red with hints of black cherry, currant and blackberry, accompanied by nuances of licorice, cinnamon and black pepper. On the palate it is warm, with soft and evolved tannins, of the right balance with a good structure and persistence.

Pasetti's Testarossa

Deep ruby red, it gives the nose and mouth aromas of ripe red fruit and undergrowth such as blackberries, blueberries, plums, black cherries and an evident note of violet. Its aromatic kit is also dressed in tertiary hints of cocoa, tobacco licorice, cloves, black pepper and leather.

Marauder by Cataldi Madonna

It sprinkles the glass with a flamboyant intense red robe, halfway between ruby and purple. The nose is a whirlwind of fruity sensations (cherry, wild berries and marasca cherry) that intertwine with floral, spicy and vegetal tones.
