The Denver Steak is an American cut, obtained from a very tender shoulder muscle, its rich infiltration of fat gives the meat flavor and an unmistakable softness.
The animals are then fed in a genuine and natural way thanks also to the extraordinary biodiversity that the territory of the beautiful Sicilian hills offers. Secondly, in these small farms only cows between 8 and 12 years of age are selected which, after having spent their lives on pasture, in the 5 months prior to slaughter are put in the stable, but still fed with essences typical of the territory.
Sakura, from the Japanese cherry blossom tree, represents our entry level Sakura meat range and achieves a score of 3 to 6 on the Japanese marbling scale, the benchmark for Wagyu beef and Kobe beef.
The Irish Angus beef breed originates in the north-east of Scotland, where the animals were selected for their robust constitution and ability to produce meat on a natural grass-fed diet. Irish Angus cattle were introduced to Ireland in the mid-19th century. The breed quickly gained prestige throughout the world, thanks to its unrivaled quality of meat. The meat has a great marbling, especially that of females, and is tasty, firm and full of flavour.
The Prussian Heifer is not a real breed but a selection of the best beef from the north-eastern regions of Poland.
Extremely tender, with a refined taste, it has a higher than average marbling, which enhances its flavor when cooked and makes this meat one of the most appreciated around.

It is dark and impenetrable in color, the nose is complex with notes of ripe red fruits, well-perceived spices such as vanilla, pepper, cloves, a herbaceous and slightly quince note. In the mouth it is round, opulent, soft but with flavor, freshness and a typical sharp tannin, still a little green, which will allow it a long and elegant life.

The color varies from cherry pink to pale pink, bright.
Complex, fine, deep and intense nose.
The arrogance of the olfactory intensity is as if it amplified its complexity: small red fruits in jam or in alcohol mixed with a very pleasant floral (rose and wild violet) and surrounded by notes of fig, melon, menthol, Mediterranean herbs.
When tasted it has it all: great intensity, freshness, flavor and length. It is a "dangerous" wine, which invites you to drink!

A fine selection, in the vineyard and in the cellar, aims to obtain a creamy and persistent bubble: with one sip it brings to mind an afternoon outdoors and a festive sweet snack.
Bright and intense straw yellow, this wine on the nose reveals hints of pastry and coffee, cappuccino, soft butter, puff pastry, milk and honey; then follow the exotic hints of papaya and white melon; on the palate it is creamy like milk foam, very persistent and with a complete and satisfying finish.
Thanks to its softness it can support any pairing
Only the vineyards capable of producing the most flavourful fruits are selected to help create this Cuvée with unmistakable mineral and powerful traits, like a wave breaking on the rock.
Warm color with very light copper flecks, on the nose it is a concentrate of aromas: bitter orange, apricot, very mineral, reminiscent of toasted barley, flint, smoky hints of peat, wild herbs such as fennel; the balsamic scent continues in the mouth, with black pepper and anise. Very long finish and great structure.
This wine can be paired with noble dishes of seafood or land cuisine
It is at dawn that the grapes destined for this elegant and eclectic wine are harvested: the aurora crystallizes in the bottle with its coral shades, its undergrowth scents and the promise of a new beginning.
Very elegant coral pink, the perfume enhances the fruit notes, from ripe cherry to blood orange, passing through currant and black cherries in syrup; it continues with beeswax and gentian root. On the palate the fruit dominates once again, a long trail of pomegranate, pink grapefruit and extreme juiciness.
It is a wine with great drinkability despite the full structure, certainly a valid substitute for red wines on red meat preparations, perhaps with short cooking or light marinades
