At sight it has a ruby red color with black reflections; fruity notes of black cherries and blackberries intertwine with hints of licorice, creating a fragrant and delicate aromatic bouquet. The sip is intriguing, velvety and concentrated, with a wonderfully harmonious and extremely refined finish. Excellent throughout the meal, it pairs perfectly with game and venison dishes; also extraordinary with first courses of pasta with ragù and mature cheeses.
