Tasting Four
Fisherman's starter with 9 tastings + raw : swordfish carpaccio, smoked tuna, marinated anchovies, octopus salad, grilled stocco fish, octopus with the huntsman, fried franceschini, newborn pancakes, gratin mussels + mix of raw of the day.
Encore of first: Busiate with tuna ragout and salmon bassoards.
